3 out of 5 starsDespite the ridiculously long wait for answers i got my vest and even tho it was a bit too short i will deal with it since vests usually are annoying like that but that is my own fault since i asked about a recommendation in size instead of giving a full bodily scale. the vest is a marvelous design and it beats me why most people are not wearing a clothing like this, it's functionality is brilliant and finally i got something to wear my hat with, i just need a proper shirt now since the very bottom is nude due to it's short scale but otherwise fits like a glove.

While I measured too small, Lastwear was very happy and helpful to take back the original vest and ship me one in a larger size. Thanks for such a great vest! I also bought the Steeplejack pants from them which are also top quality.

We focus on a number of strategies to achieve this goal:
* We engineer all our products to the most exacting standards of quality and durability.
* Wherever possible our clothing is manufactured from 100% organically grown natural fibers. While some of our products are made from synthetic fabrics we continue to search for the most environmentally friendly options. We also use reclaimed and recycled fabrics.
* We will continually work to reduce our carbon footprint and the waste we produce, with the end goal being a zero emissions company with a cradle to cradle product life cycle.
* We believe in supporting the communities we live and do business in. Wherever possible we source and manufacture and materials locally. Currently this means that our products are 100% US made. As we develop worldwide markets we'll manufacture in those communities too. Lastwear wants to help keep money in the community.
* We are committed to the 5 to 1 pay scale, that is, the highest paid employee in our organization can never receive more than five times the compensation of the lowest paid employee.
This is by no means a comprehensive list and it will grow and change over time as we figure out how to do better.
