Shipping

Every mosaic is well packaged using everything to protect during transport.

Usually every Item is shipped within 2-3 days after purchase, excluding weekends and Holidays.
If item is purchased on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your item will be shipped out on the following Monday/Tuesday .

The courier and I will send you an email with tracking Code when I have shipped out your item.

Shipping will gladly be combined for multiple purchases .

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs .

✈Shipping:
Items are shipped via priority mail, by international couriers (DHL, GLS, FedEx) with tracking number.

Delivery times are approximate and I can not guarantee 100% delivery time, especially before the holidays (such as Christmas and Ester).

In most cases the packages travel quickly and smoothly, but delays can rarely occur due to customs sorting . This is beyond my direct control and I cannot take responsibility for this type of postal misunderstanding .
