Wow, got it already! Super fast shipping! And the coat--! Fits like it was made for me, with enough room in it to fit over a sweater or Irish sleeve chemise. I love twirling the "skirts", and every woman's garment should have those cinching details! Thanks for the business cards, LauPre-- I'll be needing them!

Payment
I prefer payment to made as soon as possible after an order is placed so that I can get your item to you right away! Please know that e-checks can take up to 7 days to clear, and shipment will not be made until the payment has cleared.
Shipping
I know how excited I can get when I order something off of the internet, and that is why I do my best to ship off orders as soon as possible. All orders will ship in 1-3 business days.

United States:

Orders placed weekdays before 3:00pm PST (6:00 pm on the east coast) will probably get shipped out the same day. I ship priority mail via USPS, and am happy to provide delivery confirmation at no additional cost to you. (just request it in the comments box when you checkout). Priority Mail generally arrives in 3-5 days.

International Orders:

I am more than happy to take international orders! Shipping prices for EVERYWHERE ELSE is set to cover standard USPS Priority Mail prepaid envelopes. If you'd like to contact me about lower cost options, feel free to convo me before payment for your order and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try my best to ensure that I've presented the items for sale as accurately as possible, and that they all meet my high standard of quality, but occasionally an error may occur. If you find that you are unhappy with the item you've received, convo me here on etsy with your complaint. I'll be happy to make exchanges for similar items, repair minor defects, or replace the item depending on the individual circumstances.

My policy is that the buyer will cover the costs for shipping the item back to me, and I will cover the shipping costs to get your exchange back to you.
