Custom and personalized orders
Refund and exchange requests are dealt with on a case by case basis, and in a timely fashion. I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase and believe in the quality of my work. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.
Rings are made to order in your size, so be sure to size your finger with a local jeweler. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it unworn in its original packaging within 5 days of receipt for store credit. No refunds. EXCHANGES are accepted within 5 days of receiving your item. Shipping costs will be on buyers’ side. The piece will be send once I receive the other one in perfect conditions. I will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the return of the piece, and exchange.
Custom and personalized orders
The oxidized patina of some of my pieces will wear off over time - it will become more grayish and then wear away.
