I just received my print and it is perfect! It was wrapped carefully and arrived on time. The colors are vibrant and the texture makes it come alive. Thanks.

Adorable little print, thank you! Will definitely shop again at this store!
I have been making things my entire life. My earliest memories involve crayons, coloring books, safety scissors, hot glue guns, and sitting in my dad's lap watching him draw. My family is an extremely creative bunch of teachers, musicians, and designers. It was and is not uncommon to find my parent's house completely overtaken by some kind of creative enterprise: music video making, sewing costumes, building theater sets, etc. This was my normal. As I have grown up, I just kept doing what I've always been doing.
I am drawn to old, everyday materials. I love repurposing cast-off items into art, and super fancy recycling projects. I have a passion for working with children in low-income and underserved communities and it is important to me to bring art into the lives of everyone, art has an important role in changing lives.
I received my BA in Art at North Park University in Chicago. During undergrad and since, I have been teaching art, reading, and everything in between to kids across the Midwest. I am currently pursuing my MFA in New Media at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.

I am an artist, an introvert, a human. I paint, draw, print, sew, and make pretty things.
I love finding stuff at thrift stores, garage sales, people's garages and re-purposing it. I do everything I can to use recycled materials in my work.
I am happy to make custom items, or to remake any sold items.
All items are made in a smoke-free, pet-free home.
I love to trade!
