Tracking is included, except for flats (items mailed in an envelope, such as instruction manuals and recipe booklets).
I reclaim packing materials in order to keep shipping costs low and save natural resources. Printed receipts included upon request.

Refund is for purchase price less s/h, unless my error necessitates the return. I accept returns for any reason, even if you've simply changed your mind.
Lost or damaged shipments
Lost items: full refund or replacement (if available) if tracking info says item didn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time, which varies by destination.
Damaged items: full or partial refund (I may request return or proof of damage). I double-box glassware and especially fragile items. I reserve the right to provide a replacement rather than a refund.
Gift orders or special requests
Should you require gift wrapping, a gift note, or have another special request, such as a longer return period, please ask.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely! Some of my items don't show international shipping options, but I am happy to give a price quote upon request.
