I have always loved making things, generally for myself or for friends and family, however I've recently found I have more spare time to try new things and am planning on learning more and more skills, so you will see more and more "little lovelies" soon :)

My Terms and Conditions

I only make one of each item (in a smoke-free house, the spare room to be exact), so every listing is unique and you will receive the exact same item as seen in my shop. All items are gift-wrapped and finished with a ribbon.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I make an effort to ensure that the photos accurately represent the product including colour, however please be aware that due to variations in computer monitors it may appear slightly differently.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. If the problem cannot be resolved a full refund will be given, including postage costs. Items must be returned to me in good condition within 7 days of a refund being given. Failure to return items following a refund is in breach of statutory duty and action will be taken to recover the goods.
Payment should be made within 48 hours of agreeing the purchase of the item; if payment has not been received, and contact has not been made to explain why this is not possible, the purchase will be cancelled.

Once payment has been received, the item will be posted.
All purchases will be dispatched as soon as possible (luckily my Dad has just retired so will be on hand for taking items to the Post Office when I have to work!) and definitely within 2 working days of payment being received. Unless otherwise requested, delivery will be by Royal Mail First Class or by Royal Mail Airmail for all international destinations. If you would prefer delivery to be by Recorded or Special Delivery, please contact me and I will be happy to oblige, however this may affect the postage pricing.

I am always more than happy to take commissions, or make adjustments to the existing items - please contact me via a message with your request and I will respond as soon as possible.

For custom made items, all requirements, including timescale, must be agreed in writing (e-mail) by both parties prior to the commencement of work. Your right to cancel your custom made order ends with your written agreement to commence work as set out in 3.38, Regulation 13 of the Distance Selling Regulations. Custom orders must be paid for upon the agreement to commence work. All details of the custom order and timescales agreed will be set out in the custom order listing. If for any reason I find myself unable to meet the timescale agreed I will make contact immediately to discuss options.
