Laurel Cove Creative is a design and stationery studio offering original, handmade paper goods, accessories and gifts for all of life's occasions!

Sara Zebrowski, Owner and Creative Director, was born and raised in Laurel Cove on beautiful Cranberry Lake in Sussex County, New Jersey. This special place inspired the name of her studio and Etsy shop. After designing event stationery for close friends and family, she fell in love with the process of creating small representations of life's most memorable moments. Combining this new love with a passion for design and printmaking, Laurel Cove Creative was born.

We specialize in wedding and special event stationery, greeting cards, art prints, gifts and accessories. Laurel Cove Creative loves taking on new ideas and projects no matter what you may be looking for, and we offer unique, personalized solutions. We take great care in selecting all of the materials used for each stationery piece or print, paying special attention to detail. Blessed by the experience and the great satisfaction that comes with creating handmade items for such happy and memorable events, Laurel Cove Creative loves being able to add a little something to that happiness through their design of unique printed goods and accessories!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Refunds, order cancellations or replacements are available on a case-by-case basis. Because many of my items are personalized or made-to-order, once they are in Production they can not be canceled. Please contact me and I will let you know.

Returns are accepted in a few cases... please contact me to discuss before returning an item. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer in these cases.

If your order has been lost in the mail it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to find or file a claim to receive a refund for your order. Please contact me if you have any problems or questions and I will do my best to help you.
All outstanding printing and shipping balances must be paid before any orders are sent to print and ship (unless discussed ahead of time).
Please take note of any shipping information that may be located directly in a listing as it will always be the most current!


Buyer MUST supply information needed for personalization at time of order or by Etsy Message immediately following purchase. I will do my best to contact the buyer if it is forgotten. Any delay in production and shipment/delivery of an order due to lack of communication regarding personalization information is sole responsibility of the buyer. If an order can not be processed due to lack of information within 7 business days, it will be canceled and refunded.

If your purchase includes personalization and you receive a proof to approve, it is your responsibility to review them closely. Although I will of course do my best to check for spelling or any other errors, you as the buyer are responsible for checking your proofs closely for all correct information, spelling, etc. Once approved and printed (if a printed project), changes can no longer be made without incurring an additional fee.


Most digital orders will be sent within 24 hours. If you need it before a certain time, please request before purchase. I will do my best to accommodate Digital Orders on weekends, but it is not guaranteed. Please contact me before ordering if you can not wait until the following business day.


All buyers who order an item that requires a proof will receive it within 1 business day via Etsy Message. Please look for it and respond with any changes or approve it. Once you are happy and I receive final approval, your order will be sent to Production or final files will be sent.

Most orders will be delivered within 10 business days after final approval (if required). RUSH is available upon request for an additional fee. Contact me for more information before purchasing if you need your order rushed.


Most of my items are made to order and can not be refunded and canceled once they have gone to Production. Please contact me right away to request a cancelation, but it can not be guaranteed. I have extremely quick turnaround times!


** Any delay in arrival of your order due to a situation with the carrier will be handled on a case-by-case basis. I can not control what happens once an order ships, but I will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If an item is indefinitely lost, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to contact the carrier to report the issue and receive the refund. I will help with this process as much as I can- please contact me immediately. **

All customization information MUST be included at time of order. Although I do my best to reach out should it be missing or unclear, buyer accepts responsibility for this information.

Any additional information sent via convo or email is not guaranteed to be applied to your order, especially if it is not sent immediately. I have extremely fast turnaround times, and it is possible I have already personalized and sent your item to production. No refunds are given in these cases.
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. • as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
