Returns and exchanges
All sales are final.
Items are not eligible for return unless there was severe damage to the jewelry/piece itself. If that is the case I will be happy to replace it once I receive the original piece.
Customer must pay for returned item(s) that are to be exchanged. Carrier and method of shipping is the customers
choice but delivery confirmation is recommended so I can track the package and assure a proper replacement. I will pay for the shipping expenses (including delivery confirmation) to return the replacement.
All exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
"Change of mind" are not grounds for refunds or replacement so please use your best judgment before placing an order and if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask.

Shipping
Please make sure your address is updated and that your etsy address matches the payal address, if it does not I will be contacting you, which may delay the shipping schedule.
All items shipped within the USA are shipped, via USPS Priority Mail, promptly within 1-2 business day after payment is received (M-F). Delivery confirmation charges are added to the shipping costs for domestic orders. Orders over $50.00 will be insured on my dime.
USPS "Delivery Confirmation" number is different than a tracking number from UPS or FedEx. The only time USPS updates their website with that information is as follows:
1) The item has actually been delivered to an address
2) The item has been forwarded to a different address
3) There is some sort of problem with the shipment.
All INTERNATIONAL shipping is done through USPS via First Class Mail International,promptly within 1-2 business day after payment is received (M-F). First Class International is basic airmail service and there is no tracking capability. First Class International is the most reasonably priced shipping method however it may take 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive, depending on your location. Most of the delays are due to customs, which I have no control over.
If you need faster shipping or wish to use another shipping carrier (UPS or FedEx), message me and I will update the item with new shipping charges!!
Please note that shipping cost also includes packaging: bubble wrap, gift boxes/containers, package envelope or boxes (though I try to recycle my cardboard boxes and shipping material as much as possible), etc.
Delivery time:
USA - 2 to 5 business days.
CANADA - 1 to 3 weeks
INTERNATIONAL - 2 - 4 weeks (depending on location)
