Lauren was AMAZING to work with. She tolerated design changes and delays in the process, taking everything in her stride. The final product is very high quality, exactly what we wanted, and she got it out very quickly. And her handwriting is beautiful, SO glad we had her address the envelopes. Can't recommend her enough!

Lauren M Design has been specializing in custom-designed wedding invitations and paper goods since 2007. I am excited to now offer an exclusive line of ready-made, affordable designs here in my Etsy shop! Plus, most designs include coordinating paper good options: including programs, menus, escort cards and more! Please see each listing or convo me for more information.

It is my utmost goal to provide you with high-quality design at affordable prices along with excellent customer service. Should you ever have a question regarding any of my designs, feel free to convo me. I have listed my shop policies as well as frequently asked questions below.

Most listings are for samples only. If you would like to place a full order, simply convo me with the following information and I will set up a reserved listing for you.
- Quantity needed (minimum quantity is 75)
- Date you’d like finished pieces in hand (please see typical turnaround times below)
- Any additional items needed (including any alternate color choices)

If I have set up a reserved listing for you, payment is due in full before the design process can begin.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (unless requested otherwise), taking approximately 2-3 business days to arrive. Shipping includes tracking and delivery confirmation, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. All orders of $200 or more will include Signature Confirmation, so please ensure someone will be available to sign for your package.

Shipping insurance is available for an additional cost. Simply make a note that you would like to include insurance when you contact me to post your full order reserved listing and I will let you know the additional cost.

Depending on the size of your order, shipping & handling costs typically vary from $10 to $30. Shipping costs will be noted in each reserved listing.

International shipping costs and transit times vary. Please convo me for more details.

Your order will be shipped to the address provided in your PayPal account. Please verify that your shipping address is correct during the check out process.
Refunds and Exchanges
I strive to provide you with high-quality design and treat each product as if it were for my own wedding. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase; however, because each design is personalized I am unable to issue any refunds or exchanges. I highly recommend ordering samples prior to placing your full order to ensure you are completely happy with the quality and feel of my work.

Additional policies and FAQs
Design and Proofing Process

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from me with the necessary customization forms (where you will complete your wording, choose fonts, etc.) Once I receive the completed information back from you, you will typically receive the first PDF proof of your design within 1-2 business days*. You can have up to three rounds of proofs without incurring additional charges, so please be sure to provide as accurate and complete information as possible.

You will be sent a final PDF proof for your approval. **Please proofread carefully.** Lauren M Design is not responsible for any errors or omissions once you have given me your final approval to print.

Approval, Printing and Assembly Process

Once you have given me your final approval, your designs will be sent to print. Please note that changes CANNOT be made after you have given your final approval.

Once your order has shipped, I will email you with your tracking information.

Turnaround Times

Sample orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class mail.

Digital files are typically emailed within 48 hours of purchase.

**Turnaround times vary and are dependent upon my current workload as well as the amount of assembly and size of your order. I will provide you with an estimated timeline at the beginning of your order, however turnaround will also depend greatly upon how quickly I receive your feedback and approval. **

The average turnaround time for most jobs is about 2-4 weeks from date of your final approval to the date shipped. Again, you will be provided with an estimated timeline at the beginning of your order for your reference. Should you have any questions regarding my current turnaround time BEFORE placing your order, feel free to convo me.

Frequently Asked Questions

1) Can I order one of your designs in a different color?
Other color options are often available with most designs. Please keep in mind that because colors can vary significantly from computer screen to computer screen, color matching is not guaranteed. Many sample listings include a paper color swatch card for easy customization. You can also request a printed sample color swatch card from me for an additional fee. Please note that this may delay your order and turnaround time.

2) Can I get a printed sample prior to placing a full order?
Yes, printed samples of each design are available for purchase and are highly recommended prior to placing a full order. This way you can see and feel the quality of my work before committing to a full order. Please note that samples cannot be customized with your information or colors other than what is shown. Samples can be ordered from each listing.

3) Do you offer envelope printing?
Yes, envelope printing for main/guest envelopes and reply envelopes is available as an add-on to each listing. (Please see listing for specific pricing.) Once your order is placed, you will need to provide a Word document with your final guest addresses in standard list format. (Excel documents or specially formatted documents are not accepted.) Addresses are copied and pasted, so please make sure all address information is accurate and listed exactly as you would like it to be printed. I also offer handwritten envelope addressing for those who want to be a bit more traditional but cannot afford professional calligraphy. Contact me and I will happily email you a handwriting sample.

4) Your minimum order says 75... is it possible to order less than that?
I would be happy to fill orders smaller than 75. However, please keep in mind that your price per invitation can increase significantly with quantities below 75. For an exact estimate based on your needs, please contact me.

5) What if I need more than I originally ordered?
As long as we are still in the proofing process and you have not given your approval to print, you can always increase the quantity of your order and will be charged accordingly. Once your order has been approved to print, however, you would need to place a separate order (which can result in a delayed turnaround time and separate shipping fees).

6) Would you create a custom design for me?
Items sold in my Etsy shop are only available as ready-made designs that you can personalize with your information. If you are interested in having me create a custom design from scratch for you, please visit my website: www.laurenmdesign.com for more information regarding the custom design process and pricing.

7) Am I able to print my own files?
Some of my designs are now available as digital files at a discounted rate to print at home or at a professional printer of your choice. Please search my shop for listings noted "Printable". If there is a design not currently offered as a digital file, please convo me with your request.
