Gift wrapping and packaging
I package all orders in a jewelry gift box, tied with a ribbon. I package multiple items in one jewelry gift box, unless otherwise instructed.
Stud earrings will be packaged one pair per card (except the stud trios, which will come three pair per card.) If you prefer to have multiple pairs arrive on one card, please let me know in the order notes. I will package multiple earring cards in one jewelry gift box (or more if needed for the quantity,) unless otherwise instructed.
If you prefer to have items packaged in separate gift boxes, please let me know in the order notes.
Shipping Upgrades
USPS Priority is an available option at checkout to U.S. addresses.
If you would like to upgrade your shipping to USPS Express Mail, UPS or Fedex, please send me a convo (including your address and zip/postal code) for a fee quote.
Refund on Returns
Returns (of regular, non-custom items) may be made within 14 days of receipt of your package. The item must be returned in its original condition and unused. I will exchange it for another item and/or refund the merchandise amount once it is returned to me. I will not refund the original shipping fee. The client is responsible for paying for return shipping. I reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange for any reason. Refund will be made in the same form as the original payment. Please see "Custom and personalized orders" below for more information on returns/exchanges of made-to-order and custom items.
International Buyers: Customs fees and VAT
Some countries may charge you a VAT and/or customs fees. These fees are your responsibility. I cannot and do not collect for this advance. Depending on how your country handles the process, your package may be held at your local post office if such fees are due. If you have concerns, please contact your customs office and find out before purchasing.
Custom and personalized orders
A made-to-order item may be returned or exchanged if the item was already listed in my shop. However, I will not accept a return on an item if the item was a special order due to your request (e.g. requiring me to procure gemstones or other materials, and/or spend time on custom design,) except in the case of a damaged or defective item.
