Lavender Avenue does not offer refunds. Listings are detailed and clear so that you know exactly what you are getting. Exchanges can be arranged under certain circumstances. Please notify me within 3 days of receipt of the product, and before you post negative feedback. I want you to be happy with your purchase, and will do what I can to ensure customer satisfaction.
Payment
Please pay via PayPal or Direct Checkout. Product will be created and shipped as soon as payment has been received.
I will ship to the Etsy supplied address. Please be sure that your Etsy address and PayPal address match. If they do not, please specify in “notes to seller” the appropriate mailing address.
Transactions must be completed within three days. If payment is not received on a transaction within three days, the transaction will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.
Shipping
I ship via USPS, as it is generally the most cost effective method. If I overcharge for shipping, I will ALWAYS refund the difference.
