Returns and exchanges
Our Guarantee: We will never knowingly disappoint you. If our jewelry breaks, is defective or you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of your order date for a repair or exchange. You are responsible for the shipping charges to us, but we will ship back to you for free.

For a full refund, we will accept returns within 15 days of your order date. We will issue you a full refund or store credit minus shipping.

Please send returns via USPS (United States Postal Service) with a tracking number.
We are not responsible if your package if it is lost/damaged during the return process.

We want you to be delighted with your order. Please message or email us prior to leaving a negative review so that we can address your needs and concerns. We want everyone to have a positive experience when shopping with us!
Lavender Blue accepts Paypal and Credit Cards. Payment should be submitted at time of purchase to avoid delays in processing.
Orders are processed between 3-5 days. We only ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Please contact us if you need the product shipped out sooner.

Standard Shipping in the USA is $3.50 with tracking, but does NOT include insurance. Your order should arrive between 3-5 business days from your ship date.

An insurance upgrade is available at checkout. Unfortunately if you did not upgrade to include insurance for your order, Lavender Blue is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

If you insure your package, in the event that your package is lost please allow us time to attempt to locate the package and send you a replacement.
