True music’s raspy breath radiates from rusted lawn chairs around a bonfire, to legendary stages across the country, and along every forgotten highway in between. It thrives in the lineage of true music outlaws, in vagabond voices and truth-laden lyrics, in unmapped destinies and unshaken spirits, in the high of the stage and the lonesome miles home. It resides in the thirsty souls of us who listen, with full hearts and empty bottles, with life-scuffed boots and good-time scars, losing and finding ourselves in lyrics that sound just like a memory.
True music is our earthly privilege, the gift of transcendence for every straight-arrow or wayward soul alike….highlighting, just as in life, the impossible balance of high-flying and low-lying, of virtue and shame, of connection and loneliness, of restraint and rebellion. As a tribute to the music and the artists that move us, soothe us, rock us, remind us….Live in the lyrics.

Feedback from her, and me, is that it is a perfect size (Medium), soft, well-made and the graphic is really "cool". It's kind of a one of a kind design, so I was really happy to find this. It came quickly and was nicely packaged in a fabric bag (which I know my niece will reuse). Very happy!
