Thank you for checking out Lazarus Designs! A great deal of time, effort, and love goes into every piece of jewelry I make. I want my art to be something you will treasure and wear for years to come!
Because of all the time that goes into each piece, it can be difficult for me to keep up with all of my email. Please understand that I try to spend as much time as possible in my studio and *not* at the computer... so don't be upset if you don't hear back from me right away. I haven't forgotten your order, I'm probably just working on it! :)
I accept direct payment through Etsy as well as Paypal.
Payment is due upon checkout.
Please note that payments made with Echeck on PayPal will not ship until payment has cleared which normally takes 4-5 business days.
I will send you a note that I've received your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Items marked "ready to ship" will be mailed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise notified. Customized pieces require more time and will ship within 2 weeks.
I ship via USPS First Class mail at a cost of $4.50 within the continental United States and $10.00 to Canada and all other international destinations. Upgrades including insurance and Express Mail are available upon request - just send me a note.
I will happily ship straight to a giftee as well as include a personal note as requested - just leave me the info in the note to seller at checkout. Beautiful gift wrapping is available for $5.00.
While packages generally arrive MUCH sooner, I allow the post office up to 2 weeks for domestic delivery & up to 5 weeks for international delivery before resending/refunding for non-delivery. Thank you for your understanding! The postal service is generally great, but makes mistakes... like we all do. :)
Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable and Priority Upgrades are recommended to ensure faster delivery times!
IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all VAT, Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
I work very hard to ensure that my jewelry is in excellent condition when it arrives to you. I cannot foresee that you would be unhappy with a purchase... but I absolutely want you to be delighted with all of your Lazarus Designs jewelry. Should there ever be a problem with your order or you have any concerns, please contact me immediately and I'll do my best to resolve it.
If your purchase is DAMAGED in SHIPPING (and you bought postal insurance at the time it was mailed)... Please photograph the package + item(s) for insurance purposes. You also must keep the packaging. The U.S. post office is very strict about these rules! Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your damaged package so that we may file a claim.
