Succulents Purchased Fri-Sat-Sun
If purchased Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, they will be prepared and shipped on Monday. To avoid the succulents from being in a dark box for a long time.
succulent shipments and refunds
Succulents are always carefully packed for shipping. As clearly stated on shop policies, no refunds on damaged plants due to shipping delays or maltreatment by mail carriers.
Care of Plants Upon Arrival
Plants often become stressed during transit and need a few days to bounce back to normal, especially depending on the time of year and the extreme warm or cold conditions that might be happening at the time of shipment. Because of this process, we encourage you to try to nurse your plant back to health. Water and gradually introduce to direct or bright sunlight.
Care we Provide to Succulents and Cactus
All succulents from Leaf and Designs are grown outside, they go thru all four seasons and are in full sun. Succulents and Cacti are outdoor plants. It is especially hard for the plants to live in indoor conditions because they come from an outdoor environment.
24 hours after arrival
Contact the shop with in 24 hours upon item arrival if there is a problem with the plant. All Sales are Final, no returns, no refunds, no replacements after 24 hrs upon arrival.
