    Welcome to Leafpeople. The items in my shop are handmade by me, and I truly want you to love your purchase. A lot of thought and care goes into each piece, along with many hours, in the hopes that it will be passed down through your family -- especially the holiday ornaments! Please feel free to contact me at anytime with questions or special requests.

    I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

    My mom is a perfectionist, and I inherited that gene from her. I only list items that I would give as a gift, or buy for myself, and try my best to describe each item accurately. I have never had a buyer not like something, but if you have any problems at all with your purchase, please contact me. It’s very important to me that you enjoy your item as much as I enjoyed making it. Please check my feedback to see what customers have to say!
    Payment
    I accept Credit Cards through Direct Checkout by etsy and I accept Paypal payments. For Paypal, you don't need a Paypal account, you can log on as a guest, or please contact me and I can send you a Paypal invoice.
    Shipping
    I ship via the United States Post Office. In keeping with my shop theme of recycling and re-purposing, I do sometimes re-use boxes when I ship via first class mail, but only if they are sturdy and very clean. I package very carefully, with lots of padding, and pretty tissue paper. My Original Style Ornaments will arrive in a cellophane bag, tied with a bow, and ready for gift-giving. My new, Star Shaped Ornaments will arrive wrapped in white tissue paper with a matching gift tag, ready for gift-giving.

    For items already made, I ship almost immediately upon receiving payment - either same day, or next morning. For made-to-order items, it takes between 1 to 2 weeks for completion before mailing, and I let you know when your package mails out. If you have an important deadline for a gift to arrive, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

    *U.S*.
    U.S. Packages are shipped either Priority, or First Class Mail. Insurance is not included in the shipping price. Please convo me if you would like insurance and I will adjust the invoice accordingly. Once the package leaves my possession, I cannot be responsible for lost packages if they are not insured.

    *International*
    Shipping Prices in listing are for First Class Mail. Please convo me if you would like a quote for Priority Shipping. The U.S. Postal Service has raised it's postage rates dramatically, and I am so sorry that the mailing cost is now so high.

    Leafpeople is not responsible for any custom fees or duties associated with International Shipping. Those fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

    I am happy to combine shipping to save on postage, but it's difficult to estimate what the total would be until I know what you are purchasing. If you purchase multiple items, I will refund any overage, or you can contact me before purchasing and I will make you a reserved special listing with the discounted shipping cost.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    Custom orders are my favorite. If you have a special breed or color request, please convo me the details and I will let you know the cost, and the approximate turn around time (usually a week to ten days for delivery). Dog Friends make great gifts!
