1-2 weeks is the current processing time for wood signs (the amount of time it takes me to complete the sign). If you need your sign by a certain date, please contact me to see if arrangements can be made.

Each sign comes with an attached hanger and is ready to be hung on the wall. For very small light signs, or use a sawtooth hanger. For larger, heavier signs I use a heavy duty Level-Rite hanger. If the sign is larger than 20 inches, I use two hangers placed 16 inches apart to accommodate stud placement.

Smaller signs and other items ship via USPS Priority Mail and usually are delivered within 3 days within being shipped; however, please allow 1-2 week for delivery after item is shipped. Larger signs ship via FedEx Home Delivery and are usually delivered within 1-7 days. Please check individual postings to determine shipping method. If you have further questions, please send me a message.

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Send items back within: 30 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I use 100% real wood for my signs. For my framed signs, I typically use maple or birch for the bases and pine for the frames. For my unframed signs, I usually use pine.

As I used real wood, no two signs are exactly alike. Each piece of wood varies in texture, including small cracks or knots. However, I ensure that the character of the wood does not detract from the look of the sign, but rather gives it a unique look.

My signs are all painted by me with chalk paint.

I am committed to ensuring that your order arrives to you in excellent condition and fully stand behind the quality of all my products. If your order arrives damaged, simply contact me within 7 days of receipt and include pictures of the outer packaging and the damaged product(s). A replacement product will be mailed to you within 1-2 weeks at no extra charge.
