Welcome to our store! We will respond to your requests as soon as we can, but we do have a new baby, so please be patient with us!

Returns and exchanges
If any item purchased is not as expected, we will accept it for refund or exchange less any shipping charges. Unless the item has been grossly misrepresented, buyer to pay return shipping. Returned and exchanges handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us so that we can work out the details prior to returning any item.
Payment
We accept PayPal, Money Orders or Cashiers checks. We do not accept business or personal checks. We are also now accepting RME (Revolutionary Money Exchange). If you would like to use this payment method, select "other" as your payment option and make a note when you make your purchase. We will send you an invoice through RME.
Shipping
Most items are shipped via US Postal Service. We may offer you the option of UPS for large or heavy packages. USPS delivery confirmation services are used on all USPS shipments. Insurance is optional but recommended as items can get lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible for items once they leave our possession. Please contact us for rate options if you would like to have your package insured. Please keep in mind that once a package is left with the post office, we have no control over how long it takes for your package to arrive at your location, and we will not be able to tell you where your package is as it makes its way to you. You can check the delivery confirmation number on the USPS website but packages are not always scanned at different points along the route.

We try to keep packing materials and package weight to a minimum, and will on occasion re-use packaging if we receive it in clean and usable condition.

We are sorry that as of July 12, 2010, we can no longer ship items to Canada. While many of our loyal Canadian customers understand that shipping from the US to Canada does take some time, not all are willing to wait the necessary length of time for items to arrive, and blame us for the delays in the Canadian mail system by giving us negative feedback. If you would like shipping to Canada or other international locations, please contact us prior to purchase so that we can make arrangements for shipping via Registered Mail. We are sorry that one bad apple had to ruin it for the whole barrel. Thank you for your understanding.

Although we would love to accept custom orders, due to time constraints we are unable to accommodate any custom, bulk or wholesale orders at this time.
