Typical business hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm. Orders placed during this time will be processed the same day. Orders placed Thursdsay after 4pm through Monday before 10am will be processed within 24-48 business hours.

This shop observes federal holidays.

Order fulfillment outside of standard business hours will be at the discretion of the shop order.

Due to the nature of the product, customized orders cannot be refunded. However please reach out if there's an issue regarding your order.

Since my products are made to order, requests for cancellations cannot be granted after 24 hours OR once production has started - whichever happens first.

There are absolutely no refunds for instant download files.

Leanne & Co. is not responsible for orders lost in transit or delivered incorrectly.

• If tracking states delivered, you’ll need to contact the delivery company and file a claim for investigation.
• If your order is still in transit but not moving, let me know! I'll be happy to investigate on your behalf.

If your order shows tracking but no delivery, contact the servicer to open a trace.

Simply find the print of your choice and follow the instructions to check out, including adding your personalization or a note that no personalization is needed.

Within 24-48 business hours you will be provided with a proof. This proof needs your approval before it can be moved through to print. Note: there will be two follow up attempts after providing the proof. If no approval is received after the follow up attempts, your order will be pushed to print.

I am not responsible shipping delays due to not receiving an approval in a timely manner or mistakes on your finished print that were not caught during the proofing time.
