What are you business hours?

Typical business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. Orders placed during this time will be processed the same day. Orders placed Friday after 4pm through Monday before 10am will be processed next business day.

This shop observes federal holidays.

Order fulfillment outside of standard business hours will be at the discretion of the shop order.

What's your refund policy?

Due to the nature of the product, customized orders cannot be refunded. However please reach out if there's an issue regarding your order.

Since my products are made to order, requests for cancellations cannot be granted after 24 hours OR once production has started - whichever happens first.

There are absolutely no refunds for instant download files.

I haven’t received my package. What do I do?

Leanne & Co. is not responsible for orders lost in transit or delivered incorrectly.

• If tracking states delivered, you’ll need to contact the delivery company and file a claim for investigation.
• If your order is still in transit but not moving, let me know! I'll be happy to investigate on your behalf.

If your order shows tracking but no delivery, contact the servicer to open a trace.
