Shop policies

It is my goal to provide the best quality vintage with the most personal service possible.

A few tips on navigating the shop and making the most satisfying purchases:

1. Search by size under my "Sections" to the right ------------>
2. Use the search engine to find specific styles or colors. It can also be used to search for sale items.
3. Examine all photos closely and zoom in.
4. Compare measurements listed. Please contact me about any sizing concerns.
5. Shipping prices are based on shipping to the East Coast from California, so feel free to contact me with your zip code for an estimate if you live on the West Coast as your shipping should be less expensive.
6. I do reserve items for up to 72 hours (or longer, depending on the situation) so contact me if you are interested.
7. Please inquire for out of U.S. shipping and combined shipping rates on multiple items.
8. Please review all shop policies before making a purchase, as in purchasing an item from my store you are responsible for following all shop policies.

Please realize that all vintage items are second hand, and have been gently used. That being said, I only sell items in excellent and clean used condition. I would not sell anything that I would not wear and will alert you of any imperfections.

I only accept PAYPAL. Sorry if this is an inconvenience, but I have found it the safest and easiest method. Payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase unless you contact me.
Most items are shipped USPS Priority. Inquire for insurance. I try to ship as quickly as possible, but I am a student and am occasionally too busy to ship immediately.

If you are interested in cheaper shipping, inquire, and I will give you an estimate for First Class shipping. I prefer to ship Priority as it arrives more quickly, therefore less of a chance for mistakes or losses.
Refunds and Exchanges
As a seller my goal is to make you happy with your purchase.

Please do not buy unless you have read and reviewed the product information and photos.

If you feel that an item was grossly misrepresented or have any other problems, I will work with you to compromise.

I cannot make refunds based on size problems, so please compare measurements to insure the fit.

As vintage shoes are often sized differently than modern shoes, I do all that I can to correctly represent sizes, from including measurements, to trying on shoes myself and having friends and family of various sizes try on shoes, to familiarizing myself with various brands.

Do not hesitate to ask me for help in determining a proper fit. I will gladly send you detailed measurements and photos.

As of 5/4/10 I am not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping on missing goods. It is very rare that the post office loses something and when it does happen I will gladly refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping costs. I will verify with shipping receipt if necessary.
