Hello!!! My name is Rosa and I am from Tarragona, a small city bathed by the Mediterranean. I'm going to talk about how my brand Le Chat Rose started.

Since I was a child I have always liked crafts. But it wasn't until 2012 that I discovered a bead shop and wanted to learn how to create jewelry. I started making bracelets, earrings, pendants and key chains for my family, friends and co-workers.

As passionate about cats, I also started making jewelry to sell in solidarity fairs for animal associations, so I decided not to use animal products, so my creations are vegan, Handmade Cruelty Free! ;)

I was posting photos of my jewelry on my Facebook profile and it was right there that I made a contest to name my brand. A colleague said "Le Chat Rose" and I loved it, so I created a page on Facebook.

Then for a few years I left my hobby a little away and also left Facebook... But in 2018 I created jewelry again, this time with a more minimalist style and incorporating sterling silver into my creations.

Then I launched to open my online store on Etsy. I also discovered Instagram that has allowed me to make myself known and promote myself through collaborations, raffles and events. And this year 2019 I have created my online store.

The materials I like to work with are sterling silver, silver bath zamak, Swarovski crystals and minerals. I love nature, animals and the sea, which are the inspiration for my creations.

I am working to make Le Chat Rose sustainable and have the minimum environmental impact, using recycled cardboard boxes and eliminating plastic from packaging as much as possible.

Hola!!! Me llamo Rosa y soy de Tarragona, una pequeña ciudad bañada por el Mediterráneo. Os voy a hablar de como empezó mi marca Le Chat Rose.

Desde pequeña siempre me han gustado las manualidades. Pero no fue hasta el 2012 que descubrí una tienda de abalorios y quise aprender a crear bisutería. Empecé a hacer pulseras, pendientes, colgantes y llaveros para mi familia, amigas y compañeras de trabajo.

Como apasionada de los gatos, también empecé a hacer bisutería para vender en ferias solidarias para asociaciones animalistas, por lo que decidí no utilizar productos de origen animal, así mis creaciones son veganas, Handmade Cruelty Free! ;)

Fui colgando fotos de mi bisutería en mi perfil de Facebook y fue allí mismo donde hice un concurso para ponerle nombre a mi marca. Una compañera dijo "Le Chat Rose" y me encantó, así que creé una página en Facebook.

Luego durante unos años dejé un poco apartada mi afición y también salí de Facebook... Pero en 2018 volví a crear bisutería, esta vez con un estilo más minimalista e incorporando la plata de ley a mis creaciones.

Después me lancé a abrir mi tienda online en Etsy. También descubrí Instagram que me ha permitido darme a conocer y promocionarme mediante colaboraciones, sorteos y eventos. Y este año 2019 he creado mi tienda online.

Los materiales con los que me gusta trabajar son la plata de ley, el zamak baño plata, los cristales de Swarovski y los minerales. Me encanta la naturaleza, los animales y el mar, que son la inspiración para mis creaciones.

Estoy trabajando para que Le Chat Rose sea sostenible y tenga el mínimo impacto mediambiental, utilizando cajitas de cartón reciclado y eliminando al máximo el plástico del packaging.
