A gorgeous, beautifully-made bracelet, and so different! And the artist worked with me to make sure the fit was correct. A perfect transaction in every way.

Beautiful pendant, but not as heavy-weight as I expected. Delivery was quite fast, despite having to travel far.

About

How I became a jeweller by fluke!

Allow me to give a short and bizarre story about my start into my jewellery career..

I started out as an art student, but found out about a DEP program in jewellery-making from a roommate who was in the class but hated it. I looked at his projects and said to myself "Hey! I can do that!" 2 years later in 1998 I finished my classes and started working for a wholesale production shop for Hanoush Jewellers for 2 years, then a variety of jewellery repair shops, apprenticed as a wax modelest, then 6 years as the technician and assistant manager of a jewellery store. All the while I was building up my workshop and inventory with a variety of my creations as well as some vintage 1940's designs from Bijoutrie Thibadault who closed in 1998. I was also doing 2 shows a year to get me into practice and test my market.

In 2010 I got fed up of being paid 11$/hour as a trades persons and decided to start working for myself. Lucky for me I had 12 years to build up my workshop enough that I could do everything but the casting from my home based workshop and have some starting inventory! With the help of my husband Steven, I started to sell at more shows, and even opened my Etsy shop!

My passion for creating jewellery, along with having worked 6 days a week in a jewellery store for 6 years, gave me the drive and the energy to do this. I just love it! I am also a member of the Montreal Gem & Mineral club where I offer my time to help others to earn how to create their own pretties with their own stones.

Frequently asked questions

Does the items have tracking?

Most of my items don't have tracking, but those that do will have it written on the listing, such as my custom gold jewellery, braclets and such. But If you order and you decide you want an upgrade, message me and I'll tell you what the difference is and how to send the balance for it. Also please check to be sure if you pick a shipping upgrade it's for your country!

Do you do custom work? How long does it take?

Yes I do, and usually it's 1-2 months to do depending on the time of the year and if I already have orders on my plate. I do try to keep you up to date on the progress and send photos. So ask away!

Wholesale availability

I can offer wholesale orders. Message me with your requests and I'll give you a special code for it!

Sizing details

All my sizings are done using the standard US ring sizes. If you order the wrong size, please let me know. You can send it back, and I'll resize it for you. You'll have to cover the shipping, but I'm more than happy to help!

What are the material used in the jewellery?

The stock items I make are mostly made in either sterling silver or antique bronze. The sterling silver, or .925 silver as some know it as, is 92.5% fine silver and 7.5% copper which is the classic sterling silver. No rhodium or nickle plating touches my stuff! The antique bronze is the classic bronze that the bronze age was named for. It contains 90% copper and 10% tin. The bronze can turn your skin green due to the oxidization caused by the copper to the salt and sweat of your skin, but can be easily rectified with either clear enamel or the classic clear nail polish trick! I also offer custom orders in gold and in stainless steel, so if you see something in my shop you want in either, let me know!
