    Returns and exchange details
    We do our best to package your items carefully. We will offer a replacement if your item is lost or if you receive your item damaged due to shipping. Please contact us via Etsy Conversations within 48 hours of receipt and send photos of the damaged or defective item.

    Due to the custom production of our items, we are unable to offer a refund unless you cancel your order within 2 hours after purchase. We are available 24/7 to answer any questions you might have (such as size, design, material, etc.) prior to purchase.

    All sales are final.
    Payment
    Paypal, credit cards and Etsy gift cards are accepted. All payments must be made before any orders are shipped.
    Shipping
    The print will be packed in a cello bag and shipped in a sturdy flat cardboard envelope to prevent bending. Large prints will be mailed in a heavy duty long mailing box. All prints are mailed USPS First Class.

    Stretched canvas prints are shrink wrapped, and then followed by foam, or bubble wrap. It is then sealed in a corrugated box and shipped via FedEx/UPS/USPS.

    When ordering two or more items, shipping cost is only an additional $0.50 per item.
