Frequently asked questions
Can I have an alternative font or layout?
Yes! While checking out with your item, please let us know what you would like engraved in the personalization box. Be specific as to what you would like engraved, what design or font you like on the piece, and how big you want it engraved. Please note that we do not engrave profanity, suggestive material or religious iconography onto any of our pieces.
If you have alternative artwork, you can send it via message. Please send graphics in black and white format only.
*Please note that we cannot provide proofs due to the volume of orders we receive.
Can I Change My Address After I Purchase?
Please double check your shipping address prior to finalizing the purchase. Due to the volume of orders we have, we are unable to change them once the order is placed.
We will gladly reship orders that are sent back to us, but we ask that you cover the cost to ship it out a second time.
How soon can you ship my piece?
*During the Holiday Season, multiple-piece orders may ship separately*
All orders are usually made up within 1-2 days, then shipped either First Class for our leather products or UPS Ground for our boards. We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion.
All International orders leave our shop in 1-2 business days. We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes, or international shipping delays.
*We strongly recommend upgrading shipping to UPS for leather products especially during the holiday season*
Can I Refund or Exchange My Purchase?
All items in our shop are made per order and just for you. Personalized pieces are not elilgible for refunds or returns. Non-personalized pieces are eligible for return. The buyer is responsible for shipping it back the product.
If there is a material defect with the piece, we will gladly make you a new one. If you have a question or concern about your order, please email us first so we can help fix the situation. We stand behind our work and aim to create the highest quality products.
Can I make changes to my order after I submit it?
No. We receive a high volume of orders, and we have a very quick turnaround time, so we are not able to make changes once an order is placed.
International Shipment Delays
All orders are made and shipped within 1-2 days. We do everything we can to get your order out in a timely fashion. Due to COVID-19 we are seeing significant delays for all International Shipments, including delayed tracking updates and deliveries.
USPS has informed us that international orders are not considered lost until there is no movement 30 days after its last scan. We are working closely with our USPS rep to stay informed so that our international customers receive their packages.
USPS Shipping Delays
USPS has advised that Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
We strongly recommend upgrading your shipping at check out to UPS Ground for faster transit.
Multiple-Piece Orders
Multi-Piece Orders may ship individually.
Do You Offer Gift Wrapping or Packaging?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
