Perfect unity candle set. They held up great throughout the ceremony and are just gorgeous. They'll definitely be on display in my house for a long time.

The candle was beautiful. It did arrive later than the date I said I had needed it by, but still well before the wedding. It looked very elegant on the table.

Shop policies

Please read my shop policies below. All of the information you need about your order is right here in my Shop Policies. If you are not clear on something, please don't hesitate to convo me before placing your order.

TIMEFRAME: I AM NOW WORKING A FULL-TIME (MON-FRI) DAY JOB. DUE TO HEAVY ORDER VOLUME, PLEASE ALLOW 2 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. IF YOUR ORDER REQUIRES A PROOF, YOU WILL RECEIVE IT SOMETIME WITHIN THAT 2 MONTH TIME PERIOD. BECAUSE I RECEIVE SO MANY CONVOS ON A DAILY BASIS AND MY PRIORITY IS GETTING YOUR ORDER OUT, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMMUNICATION FROM ME (except if you or I have a question) UNTIL I SEND YOUR PROOF TO YOU.

Orders are processed in the order they are received, not by wedding date.

RUSH ORDERS: As a courtesy to my brides who are waiting for their order, I'm sorry but I do not accept rush orders. Orders take 2 MONTHS from date of purchase. Please do not order if you need it sooner than that as your order will be cancelled.

All of my wedding items are custom made to order, by hand by me alone. Due to the popularity of my items, please be patient in receiving your order. Each order is made with love and pride and I strive to put out a quality product that you will cherish for a lifetime. Order early to avoid last minute stress. Please do not send me stressed out convos looking for your order or threaten me with negative feedback if you decided to order at the last minute.

I can't stress enough that YOUR ORDER WILL BE RECEIVED ON TIME...PLEASE DO NOT STRESS AND DO NOT WORRY. I UNDERSTAND THIS IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF YOUR CEREMONY AND WANT IT TO BE SPECIAL FOR YOU. CUSTOM, HANDMADE ITEMS TAKE TIME.

I'm so sorry if this all sounds a bit harsh, as my past experiences with some brides have caused me to lay down the law on my shop policies. I hope it does not offend anyone...I really am so easy to work with and absolutely love what I do.
I want to be up front and as honest on my policies as possible to eliminate any frustration on your part. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU PROVIDE ME WITH YOUR WEDDING DATE, IF APPLICABLE, IN THE COMMENTS SECTION DURING CHECKOUT. I am not responsible for delays should you not provide me with this information.

I reserve the right to change crystal jewel pieces on my items at my discretion depending on availability by my supplier. While the chance of this happening is rare, I guarantee that all will be equally as gorgeous. If it is important to you that the jewel piece be exactly as shown, please let me know and I will let you know the availability and timeframe of when I can get it if stock is depleted and backordered. Any questions, please ask before ordering.

IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING PURCHASE YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER FROM ETSY. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER IF YOU DON'T SEE IT AS IT MOST OFTEN ENDS UP IN THERE. In that email are instructions for customizing your order. Please send me that information via Etsy Convo only, not to my personal email.

Payment
I prefer payment in full through Paypal immediately after purchase. If I don't receive your payment within 3 days and we have not made arrangements otherwise, then your order will be cancelled.

PA residents must add 6% sales tax to their order.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Because of the custom nature of my product, I do not accept cancellations or returns. By law, you have 3 days to change your mind after placing your order for full refund. If you decide to change your mind after the first 3 days and during the 8 week timeframe before you have received your proof, I will not refund your money as supplies have already been purchased to make your product. Please don't ask for a refund because you decided you didn't want to wait any longer. Shop policies and timeframes are explained very clearly up front. It is your responsiblity to read my policies before placing your order. I am not responsible for you not reading or understanding my policies from the beginning.
Shipping
See my notes above about TIMEFRAMES for receipt of your product.

DOMESTIC BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Once your order is shipped, I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages or delays in shipment beyond my control. My shipping methods are FEDEX HOME DELIVERY, UPS Ground or USPS PRIORITY MAIL chosen at my discretion. Insurance is NOT included on purchases, unless the shipper provides it as a standard. If you require insurance, please let me know. An email is sent with tracking information once your item is shipped. Check your spam folder as many times it ends up there. I provide the shipper with your email so they can send you the tracking info. I am not responsible if that email is not sent or if you provide me with an incorrect email address. Please don't call the shipper inquiring about your package if you haven't received tracking email first. Contact me for the info first.

If I am running behind on your order, I will ship your product out overnight via Federal Express at my own expense so that you have your product on time. I WILL NOT MISS YOUR DEADLINE unless you don't provide me with the appropriate information in advance.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. My completion time is 2 months, not including shipping time in transit. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. If you need your order expedited because of timeframe, you are responsible for paying Express charges to get it there on time. I am not responsible for any customs or taxes due to international shipping. I ship international packages via US Postal Service Express (delivers most areas within 7-10 business days) or Federal Express, at my discretion. Please allow extra time for your package to get through customs and arrive at your destination!

Once your order leaves my hands, I am not responsible for shipping delays of any kind that are beyond my control.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:
Because of the custom nature of your order, I do not accept cancellations or returns. Please refer to my CANCELLATION POLICy section above.

I do ask that if you are not happy with my timeframe and if you missed that information in my shop and on your order, please let me know RIGHT AWAY (within 3 days!) and I will cancel your order for you. I will not accept cancellations unless you notify me WITHIN 3 days after placing your order. If I have not heard from you after 3 days, then your order will fall under my All Sales Final/No Refund policies. The individual listing that you purchased tells you to review this information. It is your obligation to read it and I want you to know up front of what is expected; and I want to avoid you being surprised and angry and wanting to leave me negative feedback because you didn’t read or understand my policies.

Candleholders may be returned less a 30% restock fee. Please contact me for return authorization. Any item returned without authorization will be refused and returned to you.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS: Your item is inspected prior to shipment to assure it is perfect when you receive it. If your item is received damaged from shipment or if there is a problem with your order, please contact me right away by Etsy Convo and include a photo of the damage or problem, if possible. I will provide instructions at that time.
