Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are handled through Etsy messages or email. Most customizations can be accommodated, but are handled on an individual basis.
Wholesale availability
If you are interested in purchasing in wholesale, please message me with the quantity and time frame of delivery. Please note that these are hand-made items, so they take time to produce and are not a 'cheap' alternative. Also, my items are NOT toys and are not meant for small children or rough play.
I want to get a toy for my baby. Are your dragons child-safe?
NO! My items are made with love and care, but do contain items that can cause choking - i.e. safety eyes - and are NOT intended for children or rough play.
I want a custom plush! Are you taking commissions?

Why is my order taking forever?????????
I apologize for any delays, but please remember I am but one person and every item I sell is handmade and made-to-order. When I am behind on orders, I do my best to contact you about the delay, but sometimes things slip. I am human after all. I do appreciate your understanding and patience.
