Returns and exchanges
In the very unlikely event of a damaged item, I will arrangement for a replacement once the damaged item is returned. I do ship quite carefully, though, and I honestly cannot remember the last time I had a damage problem.
Payment
If Etsy accepts it, so do I—which means I'm happy to take PayPal or Etsy direct checkout.
Shipping
With screenprints and paper cuts, I ship the next business day (and can often ship same day. I have a great post office!) I ship via USPS. I have found them to be a reliable, excellent shipping partner.

Custom orders can take anywhere from three days to four weeks to complete.

Large screenprints are shipped rolled. Paper cuts and small screenprints are shipped flat. This accounts for the differences in shipping costs between items.

Where noted, French vintage pieces are mailed from Paris via French Priority Post. This shipping method does not include tracking or insurance, and though I've never had a problem with them, I cannot be responsible for lost items. If you would prefer tracked, insured shipment, please let me know and I will happily recalculate a shipping cost via Colissimo International, the fancier, ensured/tracked option. Mail from France can be as quick as 5 days to the East Coast but it can take up to two weeks to the US.

Like other Etsy sellers I cannot be responsible for international customs fees. Items will be accurately described on customs documents so as not to irritate any other countries.
