Handmade jewelry and accoutrements by a native Texan planting roots in the U.K.

Hello, my name is Madison. I am a native Texan who fell head over heels for someone special in the United Kingdom. We lived together in Plymouth, my second home, but I unfortunately had to return to the United States due to the lack of a visa. We are working on our visa process, and I will be returning to the UK in the coming year.

I started making jewelry and crafting upon my return to Texas, to fill time and earn an income while I looked for work. And, like the way most things go, once you start you just can't stop. I will continue my jewelry making hobby when I return to Plymouth. With each piece I make I put in lots of love and work to give you a great quality product.

Hello, and welcome to my small shop. My name is Madison, and I create jewelry. I make the pieces in my spare time, as I am in the process of moving to a new country with my fiancé. Your purchases help supplement my income while I go through the lengthy visa process. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for visiting, browsing, purchasing and supporting my small business.

Payment
I only accept PayPal. Payment must be received by four days after the close of the listing. If no payment or communication is received, the item will be relisted, and the buyer will be reported. If you need an extension, please communicate with me.
Shipping
Please verify your address during checkout. I will not change any addresses after payment is received, regardless of circumstance. I am not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses, including P.O boxes. Your item will be shipped in either a security bubble wrapped envelope, or in a box with plenty of cushion, dependent upon your item won. Your item will be checked and packed in good condition per the listing details. Handling time is 24 or less. I do offer shipping discounts for multiple items and combined purchases! I will provide you with a tracking number when I ship your item(s). This ensures not only that you know where your package is and when it will arrive, but that I am not responsible for lost packages. Shipping within the US [and outlying US territories] will be USPS. Shipping within the United Kingdom will be Royal Mail, as well as to all international destinations. International packages may take up to 2 months to reach you. This is due to the custom clearance within your country.

** If you need your item(s) rushed, I will be happy to do so - please let me know at time of purchase. I will be happy to calculate a quicker courier service for you. **
Refunds and Exchanges
Please communicate any desire to return items before any other action, including leaving feedback.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase(s) then please contact me with details and I will sort out a refund/exchange as soon as possible. Returns are accepted, so long as there is a significant discrepancy between the item received and the item listing. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, this includes the jewelry box it arrived in. If the jewelry box is missing, a refund will not be given. Buyer is responsible for return postage with tracking, and the cost of return postage will not be reimbursed to buyer. The tracking number must be supplied to me if a return takes place. Tracking your returned item guarantees a smooth return process. If no tracking is purchased/provided, and the item is not received, the item will not be refunded. If buyer paid for shipping at the close of their listing, the cost of shipping will not be refunded, as the item has already been shipped to the buyer.

I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost or stolen in the mail I will not be able to issue any refunds or replace the items. if you are concerned about your package you can get your package insured. Please contact me before placing your order about insurance.
