Shipping
All items are insured with delivery confirmation. Smaller items are shipped promptly through the USPS Priority. Larger items or multiples (3 or more, typically) will be shipped FedEx , and will usually be shipped within 5-7 days of the order.

I refund shipping overages to your PayPal account if the cost to your area is lower than I've listed for the shipping fee.

Shipping costs primarily cover only the cost of shipping which includes insurance and delivery confirmation, but may also include costs associated with packaging (ceramics requires styrofoam peanuts, sturdy cardboard boxes and bubblewrap for safe travel).

I am currently only shipping within the United States (and Canada for smaller items) because packing and shipping costs elsewhere for ceramics tend to be prohibitive.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please notify me immediately regarding work damaged in shipping, so that it may be reported to the USPS or FedEx.

I would like you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied please convo me within five days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for safe return of work and return shipping costs.

Pottery Care:
Handmade pottery needs. More TLC to prolong its life than contemporary manufactured ware, so while durable and microwavable, hand washing is recommended. Do not pour boiling, stovetop water directly into handmade ware. “Pre-warming” pieces by filling with warm/hot tap water prior to pouring hot water for coffee or tea is recommended.
