Hello vintage lovers! Thank you for stopping by Lenny & Me's Vintage shop of policies!

We love sending gifts so be sure to let us know if would like to purchase an item and send it as gift to someone special, we will include a card/note/message etc.
But don't feel left out...your shipped items will include a little something special too!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
We except payment through paypal and payment is due at the time of purchase. Unless addition time is requested items sold will be held for 48 hours after purchase.
(If you are having problems with Paypal that may delay payment just let us know).

If you use your bank account to pay with paypal payment may not post to confirm instantly and sometimes can take up to 3 to 4 days, if so please convo us so we know to keep your item as sold.

Please read the Shipping section below for information on shipping to Etsy addresses versus PayPal addresses
Shipping
Shipping:
We use Priority Mail, First Class or Parcel Post for domestic.

Insurance:
Please let us know if you would like to purchase insurance on your package so that you are covered in case of loss or damage.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages. The postal receipt will serve as confirmation of shipping.
If you have any problems with your order, please convo us first and we will do our best to resolve it.

International:
Please send us a convo before all international shipping, we will then send you a price on shipping.
International customers, please be aware that we cannot fib on customs forms. Please be aware of customs laws and duties in your country before importing.

*Customers in Italy:We are sorry, but we cannot ship shoes to you. Your country forbids the importation of shoes, and our post office will not ship the package for us.

Shipping Addresses: Please note that we will ship to the Confirmed Address shown on your PayPal payment. If this address and the one shown on your Etsy order are different, we will ship to the PayPal address, unless prior arrangement has been made.

We will gladly combine shipping costs. Let us know your zip code and we will send you costs (if not already noted under shipping for item information).
We provide each item with a fair and accurate shipping fee, this covers our costs so it gets to you safe and sound!
*As for combining international items, please convo us and we will calculate the costs for you.

Please keep in mind...We only ship Tuesdays and Fridays and if you need your item shipped sooner for example overnight or two day please convo us before placing order/payment as we need to calculate this into shipping costs. We can not cover these shipping fees without complete payment of the item and shipping costs.

We remain a fair and honest shop here on etsy...our customers happiness is most important to us!
Refunds and Exchanges
We go over every item and point out any little flaw that we may find, even if it is so minor you might not even notice. This stated, we are human and might miss a very minor spot now and then. Vintage clothing is almost always pre-loved/worn so normal wear is to be expected. If we have misrepresented an item though, we will try our hardest to work with you so that you as a customer are pleased!




Refunds can only be given when an item does not match its description. We must be contacted within three business days of receipt of the item. Refunds will not be given for items that do not fit. Please be sure to read all the measurements given before purchasing an item.
Keep in mind that 'vintage sizes' are not the same as standard sizing today...PLEASE read all measurements in detail, if you have questions concerning the article of clothing, etc. please feel free to convo us! We always try to include in the description of how clothing best fits to the size it would be labeled as.
