In 2018 I gave birth to lenta-menta as my child-project. Since then I have been sharing guiding classes of breath-work and yoga, and facilitating workshops and circles on self-determined gynecology, herbal medicine, sexuality, self-love, consent and human relating.
As an artist, I love to tell stories and have dedicated the last eight years to the reflection of the implications and outcomes of imperialism, patriarchy and colonialism in the land, the flora and on the body.
I am now opening this shop with the wish to share my illustrations as well! They carry the questions, the fears, the hopes and the love that has brought me all the way until here...

I invite you to meet lenta-menta; to slow down and try out a new pace; to go slower, to feel slower, to breath slower, to love slower...
