Refunds And Exchanges: This will only cover damage in workmanship and or damage directly due to shipping issues if the carrier is not responsible for. Returned Items will only be provided if the item meets the previously stated terms and is returned within sixty (60) days from time of purchase.

Digital purchase are non-refundable.

Payment Methods: Paypal and Credit Cards are the preferred methods of payment.

Payment Deadline: Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. If communication is provided that states that payment must be later, a total of 48 hours is permitted.

Deadlines: Do to the handmade nature of the products, if the product that is ordered is not in stock, Lepelstat Crafts will be happy to try and build the product for you within a 1 week period from time of order. Please note that the build time is separate from shipping time.

Taxes: Please note that taxes may apply.

Terms: All sales are final. Repair of damaged goods may be possible if damage can be directly attributed to manufacturing defect. These are wood products and Manufacturing defect do not cover natural expansion and contraction of the assembly, knots that may come loose, and / or any other occurrences that may result from natural or unnatural product usage.

To keep cost low to you the consumer, Lepelstat Crafts prefers to ship via US Postal Service Ground. Products can also be shipped via UPS as long as the request is made at the time of Purchase. A tracking number will be provided once the item has been shipped upon request. Insurance is optional and must be specified at the time of purchase.

Packages that are shipped, but not delivered and are returned are considered a purchased and delivered item if the carrier has record of attempting delivery. Lepelstat Crafts does not considered this a refundable Purchase. The item may be shipped a second time at the buyer's expense of an additional reshipping fee.

If shipping outside the United States, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping cost. A Paypal statement will be sent with any additional fees. If within 72 hours of the invoice being sent, the buyer does not pay the additional shipping cost, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued. As of October 2011, no international shipping will be offered from the item purchase page. A buyer must request shipping cost prior to the purchase. If no response is provided within 72 hours, the order will be canceled without additional notice to the buyer.

Product parts may be substituted for another similar part if the original part has either exceeded original cost, is unavailable, or is un-obtainable. Lepelstat Crafts reserves the right to make these changes without notifying the buyer if the buyer has not requested this information. In general however Lepelstat Crafts will attempt to contact the buyer to make this information known prior to shipment of the item.

Photos of products represent the product type and may not actually be of the product. The products of Lepelstat Crafts are reproducible and the photos only represent a sample.

All images, photographs, graphics, and other digital content is the sole property of Michael Lepelstat. Reproduction, modification, use, re-sale or other non-authorized actions without the written consent of Michael Lepelstat is strictly prohibited and is subject to legal actions being taken.

Custom orders may have a $15.00+ design fee cost. Custom orders are neither returnable nor refundable. Damage due to shipping on custom orders is the responsibility of the shipping carrier only. By agreeing to a custom design or order you accept these conditions.
