Returns and exchanges
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or *gasp* you are unhappy with it, I will be glad to offer you a refund within a month of purchase date. Sorry, but I don't offer refunds on custom made work. But we know that won't happen, right???
Payment
I accept check, money order and Paypal, although Paypal is my favorite by far. I prefer you pay when you place the order, but you have 3 days to complete the transaction unless we make other arrangements. Then the item will go back up in the shop and it is fair game. Your order will be shipped 1-3 days after your purchase goes through when using Paypal. When paying by check, money order or echeck, your order will be shipped when the money clears.
Also when ordering prints that offer a choice of background colors, please put your color choice in the message to seller box. This insures that your order will go out as soon as possible because I won't have to hunt you down to find out what you want.
Shipping
I ship to the Etsy address unless otherwise stated, because I realize that a lot of people have old information on their Paypal accounts. I use USPS for shipping. I use the cheapest rate to keep shiping costs as low as possible. If you need insurance or would prefer faster shipping, please convo me before purchasing and I will create a special listing just for you.

There should be no problems. I am pretty easy going and if you have any problems, there is nothing I desire more then to make things right.
