{How to Order Invitations}
1. Once you are ready to place an order, please convo me and and specify as many details as possible (design name, quantity needed, colors, fonts, wording, additional requests, etc). I will respond with questions if I have any, and your estimated total.

2. Once all pieces have been decided on, I will post a reserved listing on Etsy for you to purchase as a 50% deposit. Within 1-3 days of receiving your deposit, I will send you a digital layout proof. After the initial proof, two rounds of changes and proofs are included. Any extra changes will incur a $25.00 charge per additional proof.

3. After approving your final proof, your balance is due. I will post another reserved listing on Etsy for you to make the final payment.

4. Upon receiving your final payment, the creation of your order will begin. Lead time depends on the quantity, but is usually between 4 – 6 weeks from final payment, depending on our current workload. Rush orders can be arranged at an extra charge.

{Color Disclaimer}
While we have done our best to accurately display our ink colors, please note that different monitors may display colors differently. This is why we offer personlized samples of our invitations... so you can see your colors in person and tweak them if need be, before you place your order :)

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our items, there are no refunds or exchanges on deposits or balance payments.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. Please note that you can use a credit card via the PayPal option. Payment is appreciated within 24 hours of purchasing your item.
The standard method for samples, stationery, and labels is USPS First Class Mail. The standard method for invitation orders is UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Please let us know if you need to place a rush order and upgrade to 2nd Day or Overnight shipping; additional fees apply. We are not responsible for lost or damaged orders; please specify if you would like to add insurance.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please be extremely thorough in reviewing your proofs - check the wording and spelling very carefully, and then check it again. We will not be held responsible for errors found after you have approved your final proof.
