Bonsoir, je découvre votre déception quant à la carte visiblement abîmée par mondial Relay. Ce colis était assuré, nous aurions pu nous le faire rembourser contre réclamation. Dites-moi s'il vous plaît l'état de la carte, si la mise sous cadre n'a rien changé je prends à ma charge de vous en renvoyer une autre, car il serait dommage qu'en regardant cette carte vous ayez ce pénible souvenir de la déception.
