The general terms and conditions set out below specify the rights and obligations of the Seller Les Fils Rouges and the Customer in the context of the sale of the following products: hand embroidered home decor and stationery items in small series or unique pieces.
These items are for sale to individuals.
Any order placed by the Customer implies that he has read these Terms and Conditions and accepts without reservation.
Les Fils Rouges reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
The applicable Terms are those on the date on which the Customer has placed his order.
The Customer acknowledges that the purchased items, creative works, can not be treated as consumer goods and as such they are outside the legal system or the legal guarantee of certain legal provisions, public order, on the purchase of consumer goods.
Creations presented on this e-shop are entirely embroidered by hand and may have very slight irregularities. These can not be considered as defects and will not be subject to claims.

Payment

The Customer is not required to have a PayPal account to pay their order online.

Les Fils Rouges is not responsible for the site PayPal.com.
Les Fils Rouges shall not under any circumstances be liable to the Client for the consequences of misuse of the site PayPal.com on his part, or the inaccessibility of the site if this eventuality arose.
Customer's account will be debited immediately.
All data recorded and confirmed the payment site PayPal.com valid proof of the transaction.
Confirmation worth signing and acceptance of transactions.
Shipping
The ordered creations are shipped worldwide within 3 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
The textile pictures are worldwide shipped with La Poste in priority service with tracking mode.
The embroidered notebooks are worldwide shipped with La Poste in priority service without tracking mode.
Notebooks shipping with tracking is done on request and at the expense of the buyer (Export Tracking sticker at the current rate on La Poste website).
The Customer will be notified by email the same day shipping.
If additional time due to a delay or other problem of La Poste or wrong information in the delivery address, Les Fils Rouges will not be responsible and will not allow the customer to cancel the order or reject items.
If a vacation or other causes additional delay, the Customer will be informed when ordering.
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer acknowledges having verified the content, accuracy and have received from Les Fils Rouges all the information it needs to this commitment knowingly.
Additional policies and FAQs
Texts, embroidery designs and photographs appearing on this e-shop are the property of Les Fils Rouges and are not royalty free.
Any copy, adaptation, translation, representation or modification of all or part of these items is strictly prohibited under Law No. 57-298 of 11 March 1957 on literary and artistic property and amended by Law No. 2009-669 June 12, 2009, article 21 of the Code of intellectual Property.
