We ordered over 100 of the "hope" ornaments for an event on a tight timeline; they arrived in plenty of time and were perfect. People loved them. Leslie is so kind and was very accommodating to what we were looking for.

I do not offer refunds. I try to be very thorough in my item description so there should never be a reason for refund.
