Announcement   Welcome to my studio filled with vintage grain sack, vintage Japanese Kasuri prints, silk velvet, vintage mother of pearl and baubles - that I repurpose into jewelry and home goods. My pillows come with options for down and feather inserts, and my jewelry is always tucked into drawstring gift bags.

My jewelry is currently at EBBA and Caramoor's Gift Shop - both in Katonah, NY. Thank you to all that supported THE ART SHOW BEDFORD 2016, St. Matthew's in Bedford, NY.

I am pleased to have been published in: Belle Armoire, Belle Armoire Jewelry, Country Living Magazine, Simply Handmade Sewing, Romantic Country Magazine, This Old House Magazine, Westchester Magazine, Souvenir E-Magazine, Delish E-Magazine, and the San Francisco Examiner.

I always combine multiple purchases into one box and reimburse for all shipping savings via PayPal the same day I ship. I ship internationally - just email me for a shipping estimate. All sales are final.

Thank you to : leonardcreative [!at] gmail.com for creating all of my ads, banner, business cards, and labels! Contact him for excellent design help.

Grain sack is my favorite material; it was used to ship seeds, grain, and feed before plastic.

Be sure to check out my sister's shop: pinkfleury.etsy.com, and my mother's shop joycejanson.etsy.com.

A portion of my profit goes to support a sister through WomenForWomen.org, and a child through SaveTheChildren.

About

Hunting down, refreshing, and repurposing vintage items to be used in our modern homes is such a pleasure for me.

One day when my children were in their teens, I went searching for my stash of vintage linens that were stored high on a closet shelf. I looked at a remnant of crocheted linen and felt that if I could make it into something, then I could use it and enjoy it. I had discovered Etsy at about this same time, and was surprised how easy Etsy made it to open a little shop. My art background had taken a back seat to my family and professional life for many years, and suddenly it reemerged! The energy with which it emerged continues to surprise and delight me. The world of crafters, vendors, artists and retail educators within Etsy also continues to surprise and delight me.
