Welcome to my studio shop where I create using new and repurposed vintage materials. We are open and ready to ship within the USA.
I have been drawn to all things vintage since I was a little girl. In my work, I repurpose mostly vintage materials; mother of pearl, grain sack, antique beads and gemstones, silk velvet and Kasuri textiles. Grain sack is my favorite material; it was used to ship seeds, grain and feed before plastic. It feels soft, worn and strong. Americans would soak the dye out of their grain sacks and feed sacks and sew them into undergarments, clothing, bed linens and quilts. Nothing was wasted.
I am pleased to have been published in: Belle Armoire, Belle Armoire Jewelry, Country Living Magazine, Simply Handmade Sewing, Romantic Country Magazine, This Old House Magazine, Westchester Magazine, Souvenir E-Magazine, Delish E-Magazine, and the San Francisco Examiner. My wares can be purchased at EBBA in Katonah, NY.
I always combine multiple purchases into one box and reimburse for all shipping savings via your payment method on the same day I ship. All sales are final.
