Note from shop owner Thank you for stopping by.

I've not had time to work with metal. Have been busy fighting for Reproductive Justice, Equal Pay, and Ending Violence Against Women.

Shipping
I ship through the USPS using Paypal.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office.

I do offer insurance. Insurance is up to the buyer. Just contact me with details *Before you pay*. I will calculate the delivery charge and modify your bill.

► I ship Saturday - Wednesday usually the following day.
► Wholesale orders and custom orders, please allow more time.
► Domestic orders ship via USPS First-Class Mail® or Priority Mail®. Each order will have a delivery confirmation number.
► International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail® International. Duty, taxes, and other customs fees charged on internationally shipped packages are the SOLE responsibility of the buyer. The cost is a flat rate of $5.00 for international orders. I have found that this is the safest way to ship and includes a tracking number.
► The cost for international shipping is less than the actual cost of the postage, please see USPS for rates.

► Your Order will ship in USPS packaging.
► Your jewelry will come in a recycled kraft paper box tied with ribbon or string of some sort and a business card. To conserve packing materials I usually put more than one item in a box. If you need something wrapped separately as a gift please convo me or put a note to seller in your purchase.
► Unless you notify me otherwise, i will ship your order to the address listed in your paypal account.

However, if you would like to use a different carrier I can make that happen. Just contact me with details *before you pay*. I will calculate the delivery charge and modify your bill.

While the internal packaging of each item is cute and new, I try to recycle shipping materials.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry I do not refund.

However, I want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience. Should you have a problem with your order I will exhaust all other options to correct/adjust/fix it. Buyer is responsible for shipping.

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me prior to posting feedback so that we can find an amicable solution for both parties.

All sales are final.
Additional policies and FAQs
Wholesale:

I gladly accept wholesale orders in quantities over 100. Please contact me and we will discuss the discount.

Custom:

Requires a $50 non refundable design fee. This covers 3 hours of design time. If a design is not determined within that time an additions design fee will need to be purchased. Once a design is chosen the full cost of the piece is due before I begin work. If I need to purchase materials, work will begin once the shipment arrives. Two modifications will be included in cost of the piece prior to shipping. A $30 fee and materials cost will be required. Once the piece is shipped, if modifications are needed, additional materials, time and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Clearly, I am not a fan of custom work. It's too much like work and that is why I have a day job. :) I just like to play with rock and metal and think there is probably someone out there who enjoys custom work and would probably be better suited to the task.
