You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Sorry, no personal checks, no money transfer.
- Your order will be sent once payments have cleared. If payment isn't made in 48 hours, I may send you a message, but in any case, Etsy will be notified and the order cancelled.

Shipping
- Shipping is made through regular mail (unless specified items), without tracking number, without insurance, because of its high cost. If you'd prefer a tracking, please convo me before placing your order so I can arrange a custom listing with the proper shipping option and price;
- I am not responsible for transportation delays or incidents, as I do my best to carefully pack your order and take all my precautions so that the shipping goes well.
- All orders are shipped to the mailing address stated on your etsy receipt, not to the paypal address. So please check it's the right one, I am not responsible for packages sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.
- Please note that you may be subject to customs fees when your package arrives ; I am not responsible for these fees, but I do my best to avoid this inconvenience.
Additional policies and FAQs
I accept custom orders concerning some articles. For example, you can choose the color or the pattern you like best. In that case, please contact me and we'll discuss what will best suits you. Please note that for a custom order too, you will have to pay before receiving your order.
- Shipping packaging : I take great care of packaging your orders in the most secure packages I can. I may re-use carboard boxes to reduce waste.
Stationery are sent in sturdy kraft envelopes to avoid bending during transportation. Porcelain items are sent in cardboard boxes filled with recycled paper or kraft paper or anything that secures the package.
- Some of Les Miniboux items come with a handmade package that you can use as a gift wrap. Some products may not come with this kind of package as I give priority on a secure packaging to avoid bending or damages.
- Les Miniboux reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of abusive feedback and/or malicious behaviour towards other Etsy members.
- Sales of artwork do not transfer copyrights. You do not have the right to use, reproduce or copy my work without my written permission.
- All my products are created in a clean and healthy environment, suitable for children away from cigarette smoke and any animal.

Commandes sur mesure et personnalisées
Si vous souhaitez une commande sur mesure et personnalisée, merci de nous contacter avant d'effectuer toute commande, afin de définir avec vous vos attentes.
Informations sur les tailles
Un doute sur la dimension d'un article ? N'hésitez pas à nous contacter avant de passer votre commande pour que nous puissions être le plus précis possible.
Instructions d'entretien
Tous nos textiles sont lavés avant d'être sérigraphiés, afin de garantir une meilleure tenue des encres.
Afin de bien entretenir nos créations, nous recommandons un lavage machine sur cycle délicat à 30°C et un essorage doux (300 ou 400 tours).
L'usage du sèche linge est fortement déconseillé.
Nos articles en porcelaine peuvent être utilisés dans le micro-ondes ou lavés au lave-vaisselle (sauf mention contraire sur la fiche produit de l'article concerné). Toutefois, nous recommandons d'éviter ces deux techniques d'usage et d'entretien qui altèrent les qualités et propriétés de la porcelaine.

Emballages et paquets cadeaux
Vos commandes sont soigneusement emballées avant toute expédition. Nous apportons un grand soin à l'emballage afin de garantir la sécurité de l'envoi lors du transit.
Si l'article n'est pas fragile, celui-ci est envoyé dans une petite pochette faite par nos soins.
Si vous souhaitez un emballage cadeau de votre commande, merci de nous l'indiquer lors de votre commande.
Nous privilégions la ré-utilisation d'emballages pour l'expédition, ceci afin de réduire les déchets.
