Hi everyone,
My name is Corine, I am French but I have been in Scotland for 30 years now. And yes, I still have my French accent ;)
Although the business is young, it all started many years ago with my Caribbean grandmother who was a walking encyclopaedia on plants and my Senegalese grandmother who was an amazing cook of all the traditional dishes. I carry on in their footsteps. I have always been passionate about food but also the spices and the herbs. Cooking and baking is so relaxing.
Using Spices, Herbs and Flowers in food and drinks is natural to me; and being a qualified massage therapist, Herbs and Flowers are also present in this area of my life.
