3 out of 5 starsThe hole to blow up the balloon was sealed completely shut, so they had to cut a hole to blow the balloon up and in doing so it wouldn’t blow up all the way. It could’ve been “a lemon”. But other than that it was beautiful and big! Maybe just check on that “hole” before shipping out.
