PLEASE READ THIS MESSAGE, LISTING DESCRIPTIONS and ALL SHOP POLICIES PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER! I know, rules can be no fun, but I promise I've made these so that I may process your orders as efficiently as possible. So please take the time to read them. Many of the convos and questions I receive each day have the answers listed either below or in the product descriptions (scroll down and see the text under the photos). If you take the time to read that info before sending your question, chances are you will find the answer, which will save you time and save me time, too. And what does that mean? Well, the less time I spend answering the same questions each day, the faster I can process orders!

Here are a few things to keep in mind when placing an order: 1. All my design listings are for digital designs that you print yourself ONLY. Its super-simple... You provide your event info and photo (if applicable), I customize the invite or item and email it to you, and you save and print it just as you would a photo from your camera anywhere you would like (at home, through a photo vendor, or at a print shop). Unless you are also purchasing print services in addition to the design listing, no physical products are sent; 2. I do not send any proofs prior to purchase; and 3. Because of my time capacity and influx of orders (Thank You!), I've had to change my policies regarding revisions. Many but not all of my designs are offered in a variety of sizes. Please make your desired size selection carefully when placing your order as it is very time consuming to change the size of an item. If you decide to change the size of your desired item anytime after your initial proof is emailed to you (i.e. go from a 5x7 to a 4x6), the change will require a $7.50 redesign fee, due PRIOR to the new proof being sent. If a custom size is needed - i.e. for Vistaprint, etc. - the redesign fee is $10.00. I appreciate your patience and understanding of this change.

SHOP HOURS: Monday-Friday 10:00am to 5:30pm CST, and Saturday's 9:00am to Noon. I am CLOSED evenings and Sundays as I reserve this time for family. If you place an order after Noon on Saturday or on Sunday, you will receive your invite proof by 5pm Monday and all other proofs within 5 business days - i.e. party coordinates, thank you cards, etc. If you need your items sooner than listed above, please contact me prior to purchase to discuss your particular time needs as a rush fee may apply. All emails and convos will be answered within 24 hours of receipt.
