Because So Many Important Events Begin With The Letter "B"!

I believe life needs to be enjoyed and celebrated, whether an event be big or small. And think about it: all the things we do truly celebrate in life start with the letter "b" - Bridal Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Baby Showers, Births, Baptisms, Birthday Parties - even BBQ's and Block Parties. The problem? With jobs, kids, family and friends, and hopefully a hobby or two(!), not everyone has the time, or energy, it takes to plan parties.

So after years of working in corporate America wishing I could find a job where I could make things "pretty on paper" and "set pretty tables", becoming a mother inspired me to finally put my design background to good use start my own shop. Immediately, I was in love with my work and I am so grateful that I can dedicate myself full-time (when I'm not with the kiddos!) to helping my clients create unique and memorable events. Whether they just need a printable invite or want a custom-themed, fully put-together party, Letter Bee Paperie & Party Boutique is here to help!

While I would call my personal style eco-chic, I can't help but be drawn to all things girly. I love mixing together textures in ways you wouldn't expect, blending together old and new items, and believe that it's the little details my husband believes no one would ever miss that truly make a party.

All payment methods are accepted. *As a reminder, you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card.* Please also note that E-check payments can take up to seven (7) days to clear, so if you are in a time-crunch the E-check method of payment is not recommended.

Customized proofs and/or mock-ups are not sent prior to purchase. The preparation of your item will begin once payment is received. If no payment is received within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase, I will consider the order cancelled unless other notice is received. If an order is placed by mistake, or if you have any questions or concerns about your order - please contact me as early as practicable either via convo or at letterbeepaperie [!at] gmail.com. Invites have an average turn around time of 24-48 hours after receipt of payment, all other party printables are sent within 5 business days.

Preparation of custom-designed, from scratch orders will not begin until payment is confirmed and require an extended turn-around time of seven-to-ten business days.
All products are offered and priced as a digital jpeg file that your can print yourself or take to your local store (i.e. Walgreens, Target, Walmart, etc.), therefore shipping does not apply, accept when printing services are purchased separately.

All print orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail unless you contact me prior to purchase about upgrading your shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your final purchase. Due to the custom-nature of the product, no refunds or exchanges can be offered once the initial proof is sent.

All information submitted will be input into your purchase verbatim unless otherwise directed. You will have the opportunity to review the proof and make revisions up to three times after purchase for free - this includes layout and spelling changes, changes in dates/times/locations, change of photo and/or color corrections (if color changes are included in the price of your item. Please note not all items are subject for free color change). Any requests for revision beyond your three free revised proofs will incur a $2.50 charge per request and payment is required before any additional proofs are sent.

I cannot be held responsible for any errors after final approval of your item is given or for the print quality of your product. Please contact your chosen print vendor if there are issues with the print quality of your product, unless you utilized Letter Bee Paperie's print service.

Letter Bee Paperie is not responsible for any items lost in shipment and no refunds will be given for lost items.

PLEASE NOTE: All designs are for personal use only. You may not forward, sell, share or distribute any purchase from Letter Bee Paperie. Items are for non-commercial use and Letter Bee Paperie retains all rights.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that prices do not include cost of reverse-side printing and/or design unless otherwise indicated. If double-sided printing is desired, please convo me with the details of your request to receive the appropriate price quote.

Please submit only the actual photos you would like to use in your card. High-resolution files are preferred. Do not send me links to albums, photosharing sites, etc. Please send the photos as an attachement to your email - do not cut and paste the photos into the body of the email itself. If you have questions or concerns about the quality of your photo, please express those to me in your email. If I determine that your photo is too blurry for use or if there are any other issues, I will let you know and request new/additional photos. I cannot be held responsible for any blurry images if you choose to use them despite recommendations to the contrary.

Please note a policy regarding revisions. When browsing the shop you can see that many invites, but not all, are offered in a variety of sizes. Please make your desired size selection carefully when placing your order. It is very time consuming to change the size once the initial proof is sent as I basically have to redo the invite from scratch! As of June 15, 2014, if you decide to change the size of your invite design anytime after your initial proof is emailed to you (i.e. go from a 5x7 to a 4x6), the change will require a $7.50 redesign fee, due PRIOR to the new proof being sent. If a custom size is needed - i.e. for Vistaprint, etc. - the redesign fee is $10.00. I appreciate your patience and understanding of this change.

In submitting a photo for use in your design, you are agreeing that you have the rights to use that picture and I am not liable for the misuse of any copywrited image.

Additionally, in submitting a photo for use, you agree that Letter Bee Paperie may use your photo and final designed product for the purpose of future advertising, design and sales.
