Due to a high volume of orders, most items that are currently at a 2-3 week turn around time will be completed closer to the 3 week mark. Please be sure you check the estimated shipping date to ensure you will have your item on time! Any orders that have a 1-2 week processing time will be completed closer to the 2 week mark. **PLEASE give yourself extra time to order. USPS can experience unpredictable delays. Once I complete your item and it is shipped out, I do not offer cancellations or refunds if an item arrives late, as the issue is completely out of my control at that point.**
I do not accept returns on custom items. If there is an issue with the actual product, please message me so I can help!
