Hello,
Thank you for visiting my shop, I really hope you love what you see.
I am very passionate about my creations, they are all handmade by me and I am self taught. I am still learning new techniques and mediums as time goes along (I love learning!) and I hope you can see this in each unique piece that I create.
I love the designing side and you'll see that my personal favourites seem to be colourful items.
I also offer a bespoke service, where I design an accessory to match your outfit, whether it be a piece of jewellery, a matching set or a small hair clip up to a medium sized facsinator.
I am proud to say that, although new to Etsy, I am looking forward to meeting old as well as new customers.

Returns & exchanges
Payment
1.) Ready to post items must be paid for within 24 hours of receipt of invoice.
2.) Payment and refunds are via PayPal.
Made to Order, Personalised or Bespoke Items
1.) Upon placing a personalised/bespoke order, the buyer will be given an agreed completion date.
2.) An invoice will be sent via PayPal and they will be asked to settle in full before any work commences.
3.) Orders will not be made without full payment in advance.
Shipping
1.) Items will be posted within 1-3 business days (usually either the same day or the next working day) upon receipt of payment unless otherwise stated or agreed.
2.) P&P to include 1st class postage unless an alternative is requested or agreed
3.) Where the buyer has requested an enhanced postal service ie. Guaranteed Delivery, a refund will only be given for the basic 1st class postage cost.
