Lexisworks

Lexis Krieg is a Denver based artist and graphic designer. Her artistic journey began at an early age, spending time at home and in school on various art projects. Lexis pursued a "professional" degree and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design at Minnesota State University. Heading west after graduation, Lexis has made Colorado and the Rocky Mountains her home. She is inspired daily by their splendor of natural shapes and colors. Lexis enjoys collecting not only inspiration for her artwork, but also materials that find their way into her unique and lovely collages. Particularly fond of anything that has had a previous life, Lexis enjoys gathering snippets from her travels, thrifting and the outdoors.

Lexisworks was started in 2008 as an outlet for Lexis' creativity while working uninspired graphic design jobs. Lexisworks is a collection of mixed media collages full of color and joy that speaks to the true, honest places of our hearts and reveals the universal truths we all must hear. Her art is for those who wish to encourage genuine connection, support growth and inspire adventure in themselves and others. In 2012, Lexis declared herself an artist for the first time and has been working part-time on her business ever since.
