IF YOUR EVENT IS WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF DATE OF PURCHASE, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE THAT YOU PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Even if we ship same day, we cannot guarantee that USPS will deliver the product in time. Delivery dates are never guaranteed as we use third party mail carriers and cannot guarantee on their behalf. Our shipping hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm EST. If you are completing a purchase outside of these hours, the processing time will begin on the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.

I can't personally speak to the included items, but my mom said she was impressed with the kit when she finally opened it. Shipped quickly and they followed up to coordinate an activation email for the online tutorial videos. Really nice customer service!
