Announcement   Greetings!
All my work is one-of-a-kind (OOAK) and is created, photographed, and packaged in a smoke-free studio. Our home is smoke-free, as well.
Working with glass is a shamanic journey for me, as this mystical medium dwells in both the solid and the liquid states. To work with glass is to waltz with wonder....and the dance is divine. The process of creation sings out to join in the dance ~ and a tiny treasure is born!
I also use many various found objects in my pieces, and love to tear apart vintage jewelry in order to repurpose gemstones and components. Yet another shamanic experience: transforming the old and worn out into the new and unique!

Greetings!

My handmade lampworked glass beads are created using a Hothead torch with propylene gas, then kiln annealed for durability and lasting beauty. All of my work is done in a smoke-free environment, and although I am owned by two feline furbabies ~ they are NEVER allowed into my studio (where all metal, glass and design work, as well as packaging and photography is done). There are too many dangerous things there (tools, glass rods, shards, frit, precious metal foils and wire) that could hurt them!
I love to reuse and repurpose vintage and found objects in my designs. One less bread clip, sock hanger, or plastic bangle in the landfill is a good thing.
